Neyla Sweeney Romero, Practice Manager
With over eight years of experience in the veterinary field—seven of those in emergency and critical care—Neyla brings a deep dedication to patient care and team collaboration. She originally studied sociology, but she discovered a true passion for veterinary medicine toward the end of her academic journey, leading to a fulfilling career centered around animal health and compassionate leadership.
Neyla leads by example, emphasizing kindness, clear communication, and a strong focus on the needs of the team. Believing that a supported team delivers the best care, she strives to create an environment where everyone can thrive.
Since joining Adamston in February 2025, Neyla has been inspired by the exceptional medicine practiced and the remarkable passion shared by the entire team. She is proud to contribute to a culture defined by excellence, empathy, and dedication.
Outside of work, Neyla enjoys spending time outdoors with her husband and two-year-old son, finding joy in nature and quality family time. She also has a love for plants and finds peace and inspiration in nurturing them.
